I used FT Themes http://fthemes.com, I really like their themes just keep in mind the free version of their themes require you to leave their bottom footer with backlinks of their choosing.
Thank you I got this theme at http://fthemes.com I didn’t pay the $19 to remove the links on the bottom. FT Themes has some really nice free themes but to help keep them free they reuire you keep the bottom footer with thier backlinks. I am testing it out to see how much impact these links have for me SEO wise before i choose to pay and remove them.

The busy layout of the text book presents challenges when transferred to the Kindle edition, but the biggest disappointment is that the actual textbook page numbers are not displayed in your Kindle (just Kindle location) which makes collaborating with fellow cohort members and citations next to impossible.
